Freshness Oh my God and the presentation were divines. I've tried 2 differents special drinks from the bartender lady and I... discovered a new taste for scoth and beer...... The owner was active around every tables to ensure we all deserved thebest...I've also met the young cook in action to tell him how much I appreciated our new adventure in discovering new ways ofaddressing foods. Gabriel( the young cook) took time to talk to me while working. He was so focus on his presentation. Astoningdiscovery in Sherbrooke.
