I had an excellent Smoked Meat and fries! The meat was seasoned perfectly and it comes with a big half dill pickle that was also... very tasty. The fries have a buttery almost sweet flavor that is just right, I ordered them with vinegar and salt of course! Ihighly recommend this restaurant, the staff is bilingual and very friendly so don't be afraid if your visiting and don't speakfrench! Its also open until 10pm which is currently an hour or two later than many of the restaurants in the area so its extraconvenient too! I plan to make this a regular stop when visiting Sherbrooke! Tasty food. We had traditional poutine, max Louis burger and smoked meat. Burger is juicy and tasty. Curd cheese is so fresh... on poutine. And smoked meat is just unbelievable. And on top of that, covid protocol has been practicing carefully. Read more
Louis? is to Sherbrooke what In & Out is to LA. These fast-food joints are clean and well organized; quality stuff that is... actually served quicker than a McDonald?s frozen patty. The homemade pogo is worth the try with the sweet mustard sauce. Read more
Their menu has gone downhill since "covid". Went back a year later, coke machine was "broken" and *finally* they have hamburg... steak. The price is very high compared to other places. 20$ for a hamburg steak and a drink? 3$ for a pop? That's obscene. Read more
