One of the highlights of my trip to Sherbrooke. While most places in the city struggled with vegetarian food (and never moved... past burger/pizza for vegetarian options), this place has some amazing vegetarian food options! I opted for the three coursemeal and went for the chef's choice for all three of them. The preparations were really good and interesting. Nice place to get pub style (tavern style?) Food with drinks. Not too complicated or out of this world, but it tastes good.
I would say O Chevreuil is my favorite restaurant in Sherbrooke. Not only the foods are always delicious also the drinks are ... very nice. Anytime I go there I try different drinks. It's never let me down. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. I really like theconcept of open kitchen ! I'm always happy to go there as their staffs are very friendly and helpful ????. This place felt very trendy and also very different from the types of restaurants my husband and I usually go to. I really... enjoyed it. The food tasted wonderful and our server was great. Dessert menu is not so big though and I'm a huge dessert person.Also, a tiny dessert for like 9 bucks. Disappointing. Me and my husband shared a lemon meringue pie that cost 9$ and it was notthe best I've ever had either. I did enjoy my meal though and so did my husband. Read more
Nice ambiance and very good food. Not too expensive as well but be ready to pay about 25$ for a plate. The wine selection is... also quiet nice if you like wine! Read more
Someone at our table ordered an well done burger because she was pregnant (and stated that fact to the waitress) the burger... arrived medium, and was taken back, the patty was cooked again and was still not well done. The waitress mixed up the drinks onthe checks and we had to wait quite a while before she came back to make us pay. One person had the ribs and the vegetables werecold (not warm, actually cold) on top of the ribs, another one had really pale looking and soggy fries. The menu looked greatand all but the flavors were a bit bland. The music was really loud and got louder over the course of our dinner. All of us (8persons) came to the same conclusion, we probably will not be going back, for this kind of price, in Sherbrooke, we can findmore a flavoful menu, quieter place and a more competent staff, no doubt about that. :( Read more
Excellent restaurant, always great food and service. Always at least one of the two owners are there, both genuinely appreciate... the customers, staff do as well. Atmosphere and food can't be beat. Restaurant is open dinner only. Wednesday to Sunday Read more
