Decent food. But we ordered multiple times from there and there is an error at least once every 2 order. Sometimes it's one meal... wrong, but other times it's a whole other order entirely. Then we called, but no responses multiple times. We were never able toreach them. Read more

Workers need better training. Tastes fine I guess but ordered cauliflower rice and got cauliflower in the place of rice?? Edit:... they were not answering their phones and so I drove there to ask if my dumplings used precooked chicken because mine is stillpink. It?s a franchise so maybe that was the case and they?re just steamed frozen. Basically smiled while the workers yelled atme for five minutes so I thanked them and left and threw it in the trash. Informed them I didn?t want money I only hadquestions. Didn?t seem to matter. The ?soup? (the Thai racha chicken was sitting in a soup of juice because, no rice. Whichhonestly shouldn?t happen either, it usually sits on a bed of white rice) I received was funny until that point. Professionalanswer would have been to just check the box they come in and let me know, if they?d answer the phone we could have kept itbetween us. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience here. The dish I ordered was supposed to have egg and Chinese brocoli. As you can... see in picture I got thin sliced carrots english tiny piece of brocoli, no egg, noodles were stuck together I was verydissatisfied I threw in the garbage, what a waste of time & money. I notified head office, they responded once & then neverheard back any follow up as to returning my money or why this should have even happened. Sherbrooke, Quebec Not only did Ihave a bad experience, had to throw my food out, write this review, but Thai Express wrote back saying they would get back to me& let me just say this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. So many times I reached out tothem and not once have they written back correcting this situation in any way. I am appalled at the way they operate. Ordered, deleviry closed before I received it, I called and someone that couldn't understand a word told me to call uber eat (I... tried hard enough to tell her that I didn't ordered through uber eat), restaurant closed, never received it neither my moneyback even after trying to communicate with the support on their website. Not very satisfied with our visit. The restaurant was empty, clean and empty. We ordered plates of general thai and a fried... banana. The "chicken" used for my plate was keep prior to our arrival on a heated little grilled and only for one portion sothey had to prepare more, "fresher" for my friend. It didn't really have the taste or texture of chicken. We usually like Thaiexpress, I usually take a soup at the thai express from the Carefour and it's delicious. Read more
