After reading some of the reviews, I wasn't sure that I wanted to stop here. However, the service was great, the food was great,... and the location was clean. A perfect visit to Tim's. My first time here, but will definitely come back again. Read more

SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!! Staff was friendly but the wait time is horrendous! I come to Sherbrooke to visit family 3 times a year... and have been at this location before with the same LONG wait times! I WILL NEVER STOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. They areunderstaffed, usually only one cash open ! Sorry TH but improve the service or you will lose more customers! Read more

This tims is about a year old. It's very clean and is well set up. Lots of space when you wait in line. They have lots of... selection. This timmies hires quite a few people with special needs and elderly. They can be slow at times but that'sexpected. Always smiling and definately giving an effort to give you a great experience.
