When I ask for extra bacon, I get no bacon. When I ask for extra sauce, I get no sauce at all. Once asked for an iced coffee... without sugar and it only tasted like sugar. Please do better. Read more
I'm a bilingual anglophone living in a predominantly anglophone town. As such, I appreciate someone working in the service... industry who makes an effort to speak English.. Absolutely NONE made at Tim Horton's on Queen Street in Lennoxville today. Infact, there was an obvious refusal to even try. It's the first time this has happened. I've been going here for roughly 5 years, and I've put off writing a review. The one thing that bugs me relentlessly, is being... given something that I didn't order, or a half-done order AFTER I paid for something else. Today I got less than a half portionof the fries, 9, in the big red container. And I asked for the new Roast beef sandwich, which I've ordered a few times already,to get something completely different and not worth the price I paid. Waited and waited for a coffee at the window for two minutes ( the coffee was a large 3cream and 2 sugar) got tired and left... with no coffee. Went to the one on top of the hill threw the drive threw under a minute and I was out of there. Awesome! Notgoing to the other. Better service on top of the hill. Corner of college and belvedere. They have a fast drive thru. And like usual it's a Tim Hortons so food wise you won't be disappointed. OH! Don't blame them... for their drive thru malfunctions, it's not the employees fault that they have crappy equipment. Read more
