Takes up to 20 minutes just to have an iced cap, not worth it.

Bad experience with a server, she was short in patience with me, my french is not perfect but I try while visiting Quebec. I... misunderstood her that they didn't have any yogurts but I thought she had mini omelettes so anyway all they had was tim matinsandwich. At least she got it for me and it was good! Read more

Why bother to have a menu when everything a person try?s to order is sold out. Extremely poor service. The food was ok but not... great. Chicken noodle soup was served cold and had to get it heated. I had expected a much better experience Read more

Only 2 people before me in the line, but still took 20 mins. You can NOT put a beginner who asking the manager everything behind... the casher on rush time!!! Read more

So far 2 nights since arriving Thursday for work I?ve ran across the street from the hotel to grab something for my wife and... myself both nights within an hour of the posted closing hours only to find it?s already closed. Sadly not only have you lost outon my business 2X already but I also have a group of 25+ of us that are here for work for the next 30+ days and all of us stopfor morning coffee before starting our long days. We typically leave between 7am - 7:30am and I see the posted hours are to openat 7am but I don?t know if that can be trusted anymore then the closing hours for 11pm. That?s a lot of lost business but I?mnot sure what the point is in posting hours of operation if you don?t adhere to them as it isn?t a good reflection of thislocation or for the brand. Read more

Tim hortons quality has been going down the drain for many years now and they seem in no hurry to stop this process. It seems... every time I go, one of their better menu item is removed or made worse, the latest casualty being their steak sandwich, whichis apparently getting removed (it has been removed from their display for more than a week, but was told it was still beingserved while they were finishing their stock... which makes me question the freshness of their product!)
