As my boyfriend and I got in valentine an old couple told the workers that they would come back in an hour because the food... service was too slow, the woman in front of us left also because of the slow service. We ordered two hot dogs, fries, cheeseburger and two beverages. There was only one client in front of us and two in the back of us. There were two workers, one thatwas wearing sunglasses looking very unprofessional and the other one not able to talk French, so he couldn?t serve the clientswho only talked French. Our food took over 20 minutes to get ready with only 4 clients inside the store (including us). Theworker gave me my cheese burger with nothing in it, as nobody asked me what I wanted in it. Also our order got mixed up becausethe worker at the cash register put the small paper with our order on it the corner so he forgot about it. (We weren?t the onlyones having a bad experience in the store). After we could see one of the workers on his phone and leaning against the counter.Even if the worker told us he was sorry about the service they gave us, we are still upset about the service we received andwill not return to that valentine. It was very busy on a Thursday at lunch but the cooks were working well as a team and my food tasted great!
Okay, I've only had their poutine and fries and onion rings but here's my opinion. The beef tastes uncooked or more bloody like... in the poutine, and sausages taste disgusting in my opinion. I don't like sausages in general unless it's the all beef ones fromCostco lol. But hey, I know a lot of people who'd say the opposite. It's edible, but not my go too ahah. But hey, the fries andonion rings are so flipping mouth watering. They are so flipping good!!!!!! I'd say the employees are generally nice butoccasionally a little impatient and rude, but you know what, that's fine. I understand them fully. Other than that, their cheesecurds aren't the best but they're fine. Not always squeaky but what I like is that the cheese isn't cold. That's a big plus lol.Anyway, depending on your taste buds, this place is nice. Read more

The owner is hard working and conscientious of customer service. The food is as good as it can get and is one of the more... popular stops for students, staff and faculty alike here in Lennoxville. As a university town, it probably keeps the studentsalive. Read more
