Went to Westley for a late dinner, and OMG I highly recommend this place. I knew it for lunch time, but their evening menu,... it’s very good too. Like I said to the waiter, there aren’t enough starts on Google maps reviews to rate the excellent foodand service we experienced. Started with a Scotland scotch ???? and oysters ???? and we had the special 60-day aged local beefsteak with mushrooms sautéed. It was a pleasant experience with good service and nice atmosphere, but the dessert could have been improved.

Edit: Despite a solid 3 years of amazing service and good food, I have to say Westley really isn't what it was when it first or... even second year of being open. I've been going here for a long time now, but the overall quality has gone from my favoriterestaurant in Quebec, to just a 'good' restaurant, with mediocre drinks, and loud music. My last experience was pretty poor,although staff is still nice and we appreciate the service Sophie has always given us. While this may usually make it a 4 starrestaurant in my view, I dropped it down to a 3 because for the money you can go to other similar places in Sherbrooke like OChevreuil and get the same quality of food/drink for less. Westley really isn't the same, and it doesn't even feel good to writethis review after all the great meals we've had there nut here we are. Read more

Took an hour to get the order. The food was: Cold! Raw! Overpriced! The only thing I can highlight is the attention of the... waiter for the drink. Very friendly. Definitely, a 150$ dollars badly spent. Without more to say! Read more

Great drinks , great service and great food. I wasnt a big fan of the tartare it had a smoked salmon flavor but quality is good.... Beets and apples plate is to die for. Atmosphere is great for a first date. Read more

Wow blown away by the food here. Never expected to find such a fine dining experience in such a small place that Sherbrooke is.... The only downside is this is their only location so you'll have to come here to experience it. Amazing food, tapas style withawesome service from Olivier and a wine and drinks selection second to none. Over 40 different rums on offer but I did notice agap where the Jamaican rums should be. Good cocktails. The quality of food was definitely good. The portions are smaller, but in line with the prices. Best to order... 2-3 dishes. Very tasty and a good blend of flavors. Service was good too. I will be back again. Read more
