Easy on Easy off, clean store, friendly staff. Nice to have a smiling team player ask me if I want a discount card and find joy... in her career. We even giggles over skipping the receipt...when I said let's say the tree and she stated already dead. Wegiggled. Read more
Live in town of Sherburn for some reason management and staff have decided not to put paper in gas and diesel pumps for a number... of months. Have heard every excuse in the world always different other than I don't want to go outside and put paper in! I needreceipts for my business so have to go in and stand in line while they chat in back! Casey's down the road has no trouble withprinting paper receipts out of their pumps? Read more
Clean restrooms and good food/snacks to go. I?ve been here 3 times and will continue to stop when in the area.
Visited yesterday around 3pm. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was 3 people standing around talking, 2 of them were certainly... employees but they weren?t at the register. I Stood at the register for a solid 5 minutes while they finished squawking aboutwhatever. Both registers were open. Another man came in and set his stuff at the other register. Immediately the clerk turnedaround and went to that register to check him out. Without asking who?s first (she would know if she was doing her job in thefirst place). She just thought, this guy is closer to me so he?s first. I felt absolutely disrespected and I feel like theclerks here need a serious training course on how to treat customers. I didn?t get the clerks name but she was an older lady, alittle heavier, with dirty blonde/grey hair. Where I?m from it?s first come first serve. I left all my stuff on the counter andI will never stop here again. This place is prejudiced or at least the people they hired are. Read more
VERY disappointed with the customer service I experienced at this gas station tonight? I?m from out of town just visiting my... friend and we decided to stop here just to get some snacks for the night. We walked into the store and collected our items. Wewalk up to the counter and the cashier (didn?t catch her name but she was an older lady) immediately she was being pretty rudeto us? My friend was talking to her brother about something that had nothing to do with this woman and she interrupted themwhile checking me out and went ? excuse me what was that? ? in a very aggressive tone. After she was done checking me out shelooked at my friend who had items in her hand and then walked away to the back for about 2-3 minutes? Not caring at ALL aboutthe customer standing at the front waiting to be checked out. She was just in the back talking to her coworker. Finally she cameback out and said to my friend in a very snappy way ? can i help you!? ? and then proceeded to check her out in the rudest waypossible. I myself work in customer service and I understand people have their off days, but that was just very unprofessionaland honestly ruined our night because we were so shocked by the treatment we received from just another human being. Awesome station! They have an option to call the store inside for disabled or folks that need to get full service at the pump... from the staff - no extra charge. Read more
