Went there with my school and had the worst experience the server was complaining about how we didn?t call before hand to... another customer with a group of like 40 when we had 20 and we never complained one bit. They were so rude and we were stillbeing nice and even cleaned off our own tables. They kept forgetting peoples food bc the lady stopped serving our group toserves the basket ball player group of 40 instead even though we got their an hour before they did. Read more
Took a bit for the calzone to get delivered to the table but it was very good. The server was polite and efficient.
It was our first visit and the service plus food were excellent ???? the food is served HOT and stays HOT until the last bite!... We will go back! Read more
My coworker, daughter, and and I came in for lunch on Thursday and has the absolute worst experience. We came in around 11:00... and were seated promptly. We were sat right under a vent so we decided to move to a different table and one that was bigger. Weordered the triple deal and it would have been a right fit on the tiny table that we were sat at. Once the waitress realized wemoved, she asked us to move back to our table. We told her that we were freezing under the vent, and she told us that thosebigger tables are for larger groups. Yes we only had 3 people and moved to a table for six, however there were only 2 othertables in the entire restaurant. It was extremely rude and unprofessional of her to make us move back when she could have let usstay there. Will not be back! Read more
My wife and I went to Mazzio's on a recent Wednesday mid afternoon. We dined inside. It was not crowded. We ordered a medium... pizza, and 2 salads. Our waitress was fantastic. Our pizza and salads were very good. At this time, they had not resumed havingtheir buffet. We have to drive about 20 miles to get to this Mazzio's, but it is one of our favorites. Read more
Typically I come here for the lasagna or a calzone, but I really wanted pizza. I didn?t want to stop at the pizza place down the... street as their pizza has sadly gone downhill and I?m glad I didn?t. First time eating pizza at Mazzio?s for me, however that?sall my daughter orders and I could see why. It?s really good! I also wanted to add that our waitress, Janie, needs somerecognition and/or a raise because she was the only waitress serving a busy dining room and she was awesome!! The food was great!! Loved that it was a buffet ???? The chicken Alfredo pizza was the best!! Loved the chocolate chip dessert... pizza, it was ooey gooey goodness!!! Buffet ends at 1 or 1:30 on Sundays. Great place to bring the family and kiddos!! They havea game room ???????? Would have been a 5-star rating had the waitress not been so rude!! Maybe she was just having a bad day...We will definitely go back!! I would recommend this place to others. Read more
