Order wasn?t right, employee handed drink over with drink running down the sides( didn?t offer to clean after they saw I was... trying to clean it off the outside of cup) and the order was one burrito, taco (taco shell was broken) and 2 drinks. We order 2 taco pizza combos ! My husbands was ok but mine tasted like it had bad meat ! Hubs took it inside and let the manager... know she switched the meat and offer him 2 taco supremes! I have not had any problems with taco bell until June 22nd in Sheridan. A online order was placed with taco bell in Sheridan ... and it payed with a card, of course, and they lost my order. It was a 49.00 order which I never received. I'm not a happycustomer now. Not good business with the online ordering. They need to fix whatever the problem is. Read more
Last the times I came here it was frustrating. 1st of the 3 half the stuff want available. 2nd time they didn't have the sauce... for the Mexican pizza. This lady time at 9:45am we had to wait 20 minutes because no breakfast stuff was ready. Before thismonth everything was perfect. Read more
