I did not have good experience at this particular place,other places serves a lot better than this place. I ordered chicken... wings and I had to replace my meal for almost 4 times because they were not able to provide what I asked for. It was notcomplicated order though. I ordered wings with sauce and they have presented with dry wings upon asking they provided sauce onthe side. They presented completely cold wings which was not eatable. They never cared about customers experience. I talked tomanager and his behavior was too casual over 3 times meal replacement and still not able to deliver the right food. Overall,buffalo wild wings always care about customers but this particular branch of river point,CO is not worth visiting. Read more

I am sorry to those of you who are disappointed and only get automated responses. I work at this location, first of all, I would... like to apologize for anyone who has had a bad experience lately. Our kitchen is extremely under staffed. I am one of the cooksand on most nights while you see 5 or 6 servers... I have 4 cooks... if I'm lucky. Most nights we have 2. We honestly do thebest we can given the circumstances. Please be patient. While it may not look busy inside, we are probably dealing with over 200wings at any given time in take out as well. For those of you who have never worked in a kitchen, our kitchen has 4 differentstations. So you have anywhere from 1 on a bad day to 4 on a good day doing what they can. I would also like to add, most of thetime if 4 people are in my kitchen at least 2 are training because we can't keep cooks. You are more then welcome to apply tohelp solve any issues! Call and complain if your server is rude. Don't take the auto responses and the run around. Call thestore directly and speak to a manager or look up the corporate h.r. line. I get it, I go out to eat too. It's frustrating butkeep in mind, we aren't purposely doing horrible. We'll, some of us aren't! Garbage service! Ordered online prior to arrival. Said it'd be ready at 7pm. Still waiting and they are not even busy. 7:17 now... and looks like 4 people are in front of me. Everyone looks dissatisfied. Nothing but children working, there is no resemblanceof any responsible adult/manager anywhere. Been asked three times what the name on my order is. Got food at 7:40pm my 10 wingswere cold when i recieved them and didn't get the blue cheese i ordered. Asked to speak with the manager. Inexperience is what isaw and lack of accountability in his eyes. Didnt get an apology until i raised my voice and called out their incompetence. Itwas never volunteered. Demanded compensation for my wasted time and got a coupon. This place is a joke right now. Corporateneeds to fire everyone here and start over. Read more

Horrible and super slow service, we stood at the front like 20 minutes waiting to be seated and no one acknowledged us....... finally someone came, but we waited for our meals more than 45min. No one cares about you, so don't expect to be attendedkindly.. and of course expect DELAYS ????... A couple of girls came to the restaurant like 20 or 30 minutes after us, andmiraculously their food arrived before ours... Then.. we figured out why!!! They were friends of the employees... The waitresseswere laughing and having a good time talking with them while the clients were waiting for meals, checks, and drinks... I don'tknow what is going on with this BWW spot... ???? My family and I came into this restaurant after coming from another BWW because it was too busy due to UFC fight night. We got... seated right away which was nice but im looking around and there is sauce on the floor, trash on more than half of the emptytables. With it being fight night but that is no excuse to leave tables unsanitized. We ordered and got our food. Immediately itlooked awful. The wings looked old and the taste was even worse. It tasted old and was beyond chewy. I have no idea if they weretrying to serve my family and I with old chicken or what but needless to say I will never be dining at this location ever again. If you like slow and horrible service this is the place for you. Instead of waiting on customers staff is more worried about... being on their computer and decorating the Christmas tree. Had to walk up to the bar to get the drinks we ordered and had toask several times about our food. Read more
