Every visit is different, always inconsistent- except the negative atmosphere.
The whole purpose of ordering online is to have it ready when you get there. Went there at the pickup time, waited 10 more... minutes and then was told they will start making my order. That is a total of 30 minutes from the time I placed my order, andthey hadn't even started making it. Had to get back to work so left WITHOUT my order. Read more

The manager at the Sheridan location is terrible. Unfortunately this is the only sandwich shop in the small town so I have... visited this location several times. He is always unfriendly, rude and very short tempered. To add insult to injury the orderis never correct. Several times I have ordered extra meat and if you order in the restaurant he acts like extra is coming out ofhis pocket and throws a fit when putting it on the sandwich. If you order online and request extra meat I can guarantee youwill not receive it. What used to be a small but popular sandwich restaurant in our town has been run into the ground solely bythis manager. Read more
I went to a Subway a few says ago and was pretty disappointed, but Subway is convenient. I decided I would try a different one.... This subway was way better than my last experience. I wanted the cold chicken, and instead of telling me no, she said that it isrecommended it get heated. I don?t like it heated, and she was perfectly fine with it. She didn?t try to argue like the lastsubway. Of course, the food was also delicious. Read more
The teenager who works there in the evenings makes the BEST sandwiches... honestly the best Subway sandwiches I've ever had. If... I lived closer I'd eat there all the time. Great customer service every time I've been there. Read more
Worst subway EVER do not go here...they don't accept SUBWAY coupons and service is horrible.
