I wanted to throw up! As we ordered and paid, a cockroach walked across the receipt machine. Had we not been terribly hungry,... and already past all other food places, we would've left! Then it took a ridiculously long time to receive the food for just 2of us, when they were NOT busy AT all! It was a salad and a bunless burger! The restaurant was NOT clean either. This store wasa disgrace to Braums! Something needs to be done if this place is going to stay open! The afican american older lady at the counter needs to work on her customer service skills. Extremely rude and unprofessional.... Got my daughter a Jr ice cream cone double scoop. She started to have issues keeping it on the cone so I asked for empty sundaebowl. The young man Rian was about to give it to me and the same lady cut him off and said no we have to charge him for a wholesundae. Full price for an empty bowl. I believe her name was LT or something. They remain pretty reliable for basics, like ice cream. Something has happened to their chicken club sandwich, in the past you... could count on a nice piece of white, presumably breast meat; but on at least two occasions now I bit into some chewy offtasting dark meat complete with what I think was a tendon. This was my erstwhile favorite sandwich. Rare is the circumstancewhere I would throw away half an over priced sandwich because it's inedible. Naturally this only happens when I use the drivethrough making a return trip unlikely. Read more
We've been here twice in the last three weeks. Nice, clean place. Nice people. Good food. Good prices. My wife and I can... split a double quarter pound burger meal, split it and share the fries, share the soda, and go back for a single scoop of icecream and a large yogurt twist cone and get out of there for$12.09. Went to Braums for breakfast today usually a good experience not today. Gravy was watery and the bacon was barely one step above... raw. Won't be going back here for a while Read more

These 5 stars are to the employees, not this plece, let alone management. I went there Friday at around 7:30pm and it took too... long at the drive thru service, but I understand because seems like they only had 3 people working for dozens of customers. Thepoor girl at the last window was even SWEATING. I hope the either give then a raise or get more staff. Thank you awesomeemployees. Read more
