Second visit in 2 weeks, last week we waited 20 mnutes before we were greeted. We stuck it out and stayed for our meal. Food... was hot and fresh Tonights visit we waited 15 minutes and got up and left after we watched 2 tables of 4 leave right before uswithout getting waited on as well. Manager was standing at the to go counter just looking at his phone. This place has gonedownhill over the past year. Need better management before it goes under. Read more
I absolutely love Buffalo. But I was so disappointed today. I waited 20 min to recieve my food after my husband. The wings were... so dry it was almost like Jerky. No manager visited our table after the super long wait. And they didn't even offer to takeanything off the check. I was highly disappointed. Read more
