Second visit in 2 weeks, last week we waited 20 mnutes before we were greeted. We stuck it out and stayed for our meal. Food... was hot and fresh Tonights visit we waited 15 minutes and got up and left after we watched 2 tables of 4 leave right before uswithout getting waited on as well. Manager was standing at the to go counter just looking at his phone. This place has gonedownhill over the past year. Need better management before it goes under. Read more
I absolutely love Buffalo. But I was so disappointed today. I waited 20 min to recieve my food after my husband. The wings were... so dry it was almost like Jerky. Waitress kept forgetting our food and drinks. Admitted to manager for making mistake and he responded. Sorry past 11 we can?t... make it Even when the waitress admiteed her mistake. UPDATE Tried again and the food was still horrible. A large fry had about the same amount as a small fry from sonic. They also... tasted like they were from the previous week. The wings had little to no seasoning/sauce and were overcooked. I want my $30back. Usually there wings are good but tonight they just looked pathetic. 20 bucks for these tiny little wings. Barely anyseasoning. Fries taste old. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2 is because there food is normally good. Read more
Ordered through Ubereats last night. 30 traditional wings and a large potato wedge. The first wing on top of the stack when we... opened the first box was the photo attached to this review. We inspected the rest and there were feather quills and literalfeathers on almost every wing we ordered. How does no one catch that when pulling them out to cook? How does that go unnoticedwhen tossing them It? How does that go unnoticed when boxing them? The quality control is ridiculous. It was absolutelydisgusting and turned our stomachs. No one even wanted to eat dinner after that. Now I am having to fight with ubereats to getour money back because the store can't do anything about it besides remake the order. The last thing I want is more questionablefood. This was a major safety hazard and could have sent someone to the hospital. Worst experience ever. Read more
