So overall I would say the inside was dirty bar area had paper for straws the little paper bags the silverware came in along... with some drink napkins strewn across the floor area waitress was no bueno my friend ordered a salad and said it was prettygood mine on the other hand was borderline terrible. It seemed as though they microwaved the steak I know I'm not at asteakhouse ordering a prime steak however over the years I have been to quite a few chilis and historically a solid chain I'drate chilis as a chain 7.5 or 8 out of ten. Solid without a doubt This one a 4 out of ten or a 2 star for Googlerating Service from our waitress in the bar area was poor at best she started off friendly but all too often the glasses satempty. In fact I had to mention to her as she walked by and got her attention and let her know I'll have another 1. Anwayschilis corporate should be ashamed of this establishment at the sherman texas location from appearance cleanliness to mostimportantly the food prep save your time and $$ hit the texas roadhouse or cheddars I would even say golden corral or burgerking above this establishment a crying shame it is Read more
Ordered food to go. Was asked my vehicle info,and sad requested to park at car side pickup. I followed instructions, however no... one brought my order, even After I received messages saying my food was ready. 5 minutes later, I went inside, my order was justsitting there while multiple wait staff passed thru..drinking water, talking, & hanging about. I pointed out my order(the only1 sitting there) and left with my melting ice cream. Read more
The burgers were HUGE and boy did they taste good. Our waitress was very attentive and kept the drinks full . And the queso and... chips were terrific. Me and the wife will be going back soon. Read more

Had lunch today with my grandson at the Chili?s in Sherman, TX. I do not recommend. Just walking in I was concerned with the... sidewalk and entrance very dirty, even nasty. The front door looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in months. When seated I lookedup and the ac vents covered with mold and dirt, the walls around the floor were dirty. The food took for ever to come out, atleast 40 mins. The burger was not as ordered and the salad was terrible. The lettuce wins wilted and the quesadilla that wentwith it was like it had been setting on a paper plate in a dorm room for days?.the only plus was the waitress was good. Read more

This has happened multiple times ordering to go from this Chilis. Had 4 pieces of chicken in what is suppose to be Chicken... Quesadillas. Tortilla was harder than a brick. There is even a quesadilla?in a quesadilla!!! No chicken in either of those!Thank goodness Door Dash does refunds. This place is horrible to order to go from. Management needs to acknowledge.
