Never a good sign when you arrive for your to-go order and see 10 other people waiting ahead of you. Staff was also entirely... blasé about it: no sign of urgency whatsoever. I usually love this place, but things have changed! I watched us almost get backed into by a diesel doing construction concrete... demo work here. Then, the other construction worker supposedly helping the other back out was very rude and obnoxious. Theseguys acted like we, the customers, were in their way. They should have not done this job during business hours if they can't becourteous and respectful to customer's coming in and out while working. Also, Chipotle should not hire them unless they knowthat their customers won't be affected and disrespected! Upon going inside I noticed that the employees didn't really care to benice, smile, or help anyone out either. Tables were dirty. Some employees were on phones. Some employees had no gloves on whileserving food. Just overall very very dirty place! It looks like everyone decided to be dirty since construction concrete workwas taking place outside. This place is going so downhill! I always have a negative experience coming here, I don?t know why I keep returning. Lady at the... cash register today also was more interested in what her phone had to say instead of waiting on me. Or obviously taking thetrash out. YUCK. Read more
Quick stop for the daily intake of food. No chicken ready, no worries I'm happy with red meat also. Employee offered to... discount my meal, since they didn't have chicken. Love their bowls. Huge fan of burritos, but can't do carbs. I've had themdeliver and stopped in. Never a disappointment! Read more
I?m town for work and stopped in for lunch. Got a bowl. Tasted good but was pretty short on the rice. Got 1 kinda rounded scoop... of rice. When I asked for a little more I got a tip of the spoon add on. Gave 3 stars because the food tasted great and staffwas nice. Picture is of my bowl after mixing everything. Haven?t eaten any of it yet. Brown rice, pinto beans, chicken, cheese,sour cream. Glad I got chips or I?d still be hungry. Maybe they?ve had issues with food costs. Not sure. 7 employees that i can see, 5 people in line 8 empty tables. Every table is dirty, said they don't have any trays clean when we... asked for a tray to carry our food. I told one guy they were out of tea, he said ok and never left the station or so much astold anyone else. They stood talking and bagging food. Is it me or did this place fall way off the map? But hey, Food wasgood! Update** finished food - now 7 people in line. Not a single table has been wiped off, and I asked about tea again.Everyone talkes about an employee problem but this seems like an efficiency problem. 2 To-go workers constantly talking, theshift-lead I assume is the one on the register where she isn't able to properly delegate. Best experience and food. Staff was nice and attentive. The negative comments below are all really exaggerated and seem to have... their own agenda against Chipotle. Chipotle is a good space for the community and should be treated with some decency. Justbecause you come to Chipotle doesn?t mean you?re somehow better than the next person. Every single time I come into this location the service is slow and the staff ignore the customers until you are in their... faces. The store is typically lacking some food item. No one single time have I come into this location and got the order Imake. Missing items so far: *Chips (several times) *Tortillas *Guacamole *Chicken *Steak The staff is super good at giving outthe slimmest of portions. I always ask for extra rice and I get what is typically normal at any other location. The only reasonthis place gets return customers is because the next closest one is in DALLAS!
