I've only tried the pulled pork sliders, but they were greatness. Friendly, smiling staff & usually nice, comfy,clean & tidy... (gas station restroom is on their side of the building). I think, as w/most businesses I visit, could be a better value.. ???? Read more
Everyone always provides me with excellent customer service when I come in. Kristi the Store Manager goes up and beyond with her... customers with such a caring and good attitude. 11/8 experience: I ordered the pork rib daily special because it is usually really good. Today was not the case. The ribs were... either way over cooked or were really old and warned up too much or both. They're going to make expensive treats for my dog.Very disappointed. The lady at the drive thru window was nice as always. Update: I've been here a few more times now. The foodhas been good. They must've just had a bad day when I got the brisket Mac. The staff in the drive thru is so very friendly!! Igot the brisket Mac. The brisket was pretty dried out and there wasn't much of it. The Mac and cheese was pretty good. The staffwas okay. Great bbq! Stopped for fuel and found an impromptu meal that was great!! Ribs were tender and could eat off the bone. Bbq beans... and their potato casserole were good. Hubby had creamed spinach. The rolls were yummy too! Read more
**Edit: So after seeing the amount of views on this picture, I felt like I hadn't really done Dickeys justice by just ordering... blindly through the drivethru, so I decided to go in and have a look. I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff andpolite, informative answers to my question. I decided on a cut brisket sandwich (not pictured) and they gave me some of theirsauce and I picked up some spicy sauce as well. The amount of meat on the sandwich was definitely a plus, but the flavor waslacking. Barbeque sauce was a decent flavor. Will probably be back to try different sides but definitely not something I'dcrave. END EDIT** I always wondered why I had never gone to this chain.
