Worst Customer Service Ever! Horrible Hospitality! GM Skylar & Assistant Manager Austin are VERY unprofessional & immature,... waited OVER 2 hours for delivery, then was forced to picked it up & waited over 20 minutes at the window just for them to tellme they voided my payment and would have to process another charge on my card. Ended up at McDonald's by the end of the night!Can not wait until the new one opens!! Read more

This was the pizza I got last night from this Domino?s. I?m done ordering from here never get good food anymore.
I?ve ordered pizza and pasta 3 times over the last few months. The first two were good. The third was not. It was delivered... quickly but way overcooked. The pizza was dry and the cheese on the pasta was burnt to the point that it was black and as hardas gravel. Read more
Today I placed in online order at 1120 was called back at 1130 to let me know I will be getting my pizzas in approximately 2... hrs. The young lady was very persistent in me canceling my good. Because they had no driver or to come get it, which I couldn?tdo. She was very hostile in her tone and refused to give me her name and advised me that I had no choice in the matter. I thenasked for her manger and she said it will take a while but I need to hold. When I ask her what her managers name was so i canintroduce myself properly, she refuses that as well and tried to tell me it is a state law to give out names (which I know is alie). She put me on hold for like 10 minutes then the call was hung up. I immediately call back the same young lady answer in amuch more rude tone and I once again requested the manager, she then at that point advised me she is on her way. Upon speakingto the manger in duty as identified, she refuses her name and said they will make my pizza now (at that point around 1145pm) butit will take over 2 hours to get it. I asked her the process because at that point my pizza will be cold and she advices me shewill just turn up the hot table for a couple of hours while the pizza sit so it would be warm. I inquired her what about thequality of the pizza over all not just the temperature. She said I had no choice but to wait for it. (Which I understand shortstaffing) I advised her that her very upsetting tone was not professional and I?m sorry she is struggling . I asked her whatsteps to take if I recieved my product as late as projected and it was unsatisfactory. She stated to call back tomorrow and talkwith someone. So again I ask her her name so if there was a problem I know who I spoke with?she refuses. Aggravated I ask her tosimply cancel my original order and what steps that included and and what to expect. I enjoy eating here but tonight was something out of a not so funny comedy. I ordered a pizza at 625 my elderly mother said she... would pick it up cause she was in the area, after what was supposed to be a 20 minute wait turned out to her leaving after 830.she arrived home less than 2 miles with an ice cold pizza that she paid for she's not the type to complain, bless her heart. Not only did my mess up my order, having to return to get my soda, but when I called up to get my order fixed they lied saying... they called ME saying I told them to put mushrooms since they were out of onions. So over an hour later, I received my overcooked order. At least they brought the soda this time. Read more
