I ordered a pizza was told me about 10 to 15 minutes so I show up almost 20 minutes later and my pizza still wasn't done I was... told to come around front and they would bring my order out to me so I waited and I waited for almost another 20 minutes till Ifinally went inside and Lord and behold is sitting in the warmer and no one bothered bringing it outside, not to mention I hadto order it online cuz no one bothers picking up a phone. I don't live in town and this was a new place I didn't know about. The online ordering was very informative. I had no problem... getting the pizzas, wings, and pasta for my dad. It was all delicious! My supreme pizza had the perfect amount of veggies andmeat! Read more
I know times are difficult right now, but this store made sure to be communicative about my order upfront - letting me know the... estimated delivery time immediately - and I appreciate that. I'm glad I decided to call in and place my order - Diamond wasFANTASTIC - because the online delivery estimate was inaccurate. My advice to others is to call in to place an order ahead oftime and be patient during peak hours! Highly recommend giving the spinach and feta cheesy bread a try, their's is thebest???????????? This is the second time just calling to place my order. instead of ?hello this is dominos can you please hold?? I?m immediately... put on hold. No one ever answered my call. I ended up hand up. Time before that it was ?do you mind an hour and a half wait foryour pizza?? I don?t know what is going on there but they just lost a customer for good. Chloe was bomb. Order experience was phenomenal. All about the customer and not all that suggested sells shenanigans. Didn?t... down sell either so stay of her!!! Gal needs a raise if you ask me. I live off Seminole rd. And would highly recommend thislocation over any other chain. To the managers and owners please recognize people like Chloe?s ability to get stuff done theright way.
