I have been trying to call since we had our order delivered. Busy signal given each time. Not only were there olives on the... simple cheese pizza that we ordered, but there was also a Taco Bell packet in the box?.can?t make it up, would never think tomake it up. Tried to call customer service number on box, left message. Tried to chat with door dash rep and they said becauselittle Caesar placed the order through DoorDash we need to contact them. Also place feedback comment on website. Definitelydidn?t want to eat pizza after seeing the Taco Bell packet in it?.sigh, just wanted to be able to order food and have it broughtto fam after long day. Pretty disappointed Read more
This store is under staffed and the staff that is there are kids and are untrained. No disrespect to the kids working there,... it's not their fault, but the manager that was working (10/12 @7pm) was being completely rude to the employees and customers.She screamed at one of the employees because we asked what was ready and the girl didn't know and asked her manager when themanager screamed at the kid for no reason. Picked up 6 pizzas for work. Had them ready at 11am for me. They were hot ant the employees said they were great.
Pizza is good and the price is great! The employees are always polite and courteous. However, at this Little Caesar's location... be prepared for a wait and do not expect much to be available as Hot and Ready selections. Read more
The pizza is very good!! Especially the stuffed crust pepperoni!! They also alloy you to make your own pizza. I have a monster... delicious one I order at times!! This store has good customer service. My monster pizza a while back did not have enough cheeseon it to cover it and hold the ingredients. They did not hesitate to make another pizza the correct way. Worst service ever!!!!! The girl on the front register has no clue what she is doing. Not a smile, not a hello, nothing!!! I... placed my order and paid. She closed the register and did not get my change. She called for help and that was not any better!!!The girl told her to give me change from the tip jar. She couldn?t make change so she just gave me what she could. 2 other girlscame to the front to be ?nosey? but they also had faces like if they were miserable. Horrible horrible service!! Made a $60 door dash order tonight and called after we got our order wrong. The girl we spoke with answered the phone and said... can you please speak in a hurry we?re really busy.... after pausing I said yes You messed up an order of mine. They again statedthey were busy then said can you please call back in 40 minutes? I said no May I speak to a manager, and seriously got hung upon. We ordered two crazy bread, Buffalo wings and 6 pizzas. Next time we?ll take our business elsewhere! Read more
Food was as good as you would expect from little Caesars. Went in to pick up a pizza when it was super busy. Poor girl at the... counter seemed new but was very nice. The manager on duty (another younger girl) seemed very flustered and frustrated due tohigh customer volume. They were out of hot n ready pizza. I asked if any were in the oven and the girl at the counter tried toask the manager who was working the end of the oven pulling pizza. The yelled response was "they just have to wait". So I endedup putting in my order for a three meat and waiting since I suspected I'd be waiting either way. Not two minutes after my orderthey were filling the hot boxes with the same pizza I just asked about. I don't recommend this location unless you order aheadof time. Even then you wind up waiting.
