Used the mobile app to order and used sum offers more than just one due to being in a vehicle that can't fit through the drive... thru. Made an online order. Waited in line for 30 min, online order was placed 25 min prior to arriving to location. Upon arriving at... the first intercom, they stated, ?Yeah I can?t find your order. Just pull up.? Extra 15 min, pulled up. ?Actually, our systemsbeen down since 4 or something. Idk. Nothing we can do. Sorry.? Absolute trash service, trash awareness of how to treat a humanbeing as well as their time. Wouldn?t recommend this location to my worst enemy. Much better off going to the location of 75,brand new w/ new training! :) Read more

I don't understand why they do not honor the sales that show on our local TV channels. Iced coffee is advertised for 1.69 any... size but not here it 3.99 and I agree the staff is either in such a big hurry to rush u through or they r just not friendly atall. This particular McDonald's has been going down for years. I don't go very often for many reasons. Read more

Order your food through kiosk. Fast and easy. They bring your food to you. Kids will have a blast here. They have a dinosaur... theme play area. It gets clean and sanitize 3 times a day. Bathroom is clean. Friendly staff. Read more

These poor workers! We frequent this location and the employees are awesome! I'm hoping that this 1 star review will get the... franchise owners attention in that they need to put some basic support technology to make the employees more efficient andhappier. For crying-out-loud in order to use Apple Pay at this location the employees has to physically take your phone into thestore to get close enough for the transaction! RIDICULOUS! HEALTH HAZARD? Increases the spread of God knows what into the store,but the employee shouldn't have to be responsible for expensive phones by touching them in the first place!Owner/Management/Franchisee need to get the technology that allows the employee to extend the device to the customer! McDonaldEmployees should never touch a customers cell phone for many reasons!! Especially in good service during a Pandemic! Sending myconcern to McDonalds Corporate as well. This is ridiculous. This has got to be one of the worst McDonald?s restaurants I have ever been too. The food will always be wrong and messy no... matter what because there customer satisfaction is not a concern one bit to them. I will drive past this location to eat somewhere else inside. I'm giving this location a 2 mainly because going inside and... trying to place your own order on a kiosk machine to me is very frustrating. Especially, if you want to pay cash you still haveto go to the counter and give them your ticket and the cash where they could have taken your order to begin with. This wasabsolutely ridiculous. The line at the self order had multiple people trying to place the order and getting extremely frustratedtrying to figure out the system with little to no help. The inside area where you sit down had multiple dirty tables that werenot being cleaned and maintained, yet they were very few people inside sitting down yet. They were all trying to figure out howto place an order so they could eat. Next time I will just go through the drive-thru order my food, pay for it, and then goinside and sit down to eat; of course after I wiped down and cleaned my own table. Our society is getting so un customerfriendly you pretty much hate going anywhere to shop or eat anymore. Read more
