Service was strange. I had a fast and easy order however, was told to go to the 2nd window and waited many minutes. Cars were... passing me constantly ( those who had already received their order) as I stayed waiting. It was a simple chicken sandwichorder.. no ketchup when asked and person walked right away without excusing the wait. Nor did I receive napkins. Read more

I pull up to the drive through, second lane because they?re two cars in he left lane and one in the right. I wait, as both cars... I then left go through, the car in front is still there. They finally finish and I pull up and nobody acknowledges that I?mthere. While I?m waiting a car pulls into lane one and I hear them talking over the speaker so I get the attention of the personon my speaker and they ask me to wait, so I?m waiting then notice and hear land one ordering. I ask about it and no responsethrough my side. So I?m annoyed and pull around and walk inside to order, there?s nobody to take my order and I have to ask forsomebody to take my order. Is fast food now self serve? I go to McDonald?s for FAST FOOD, the quick and simple service. Thislocation has not had that since they opened. I?ve worked fast food, been management in fast food, the service here has been sohorrible that I can?t understand it, it?s not just this trip; how has this become the norm? Read more

The only reason I?m giving this McDonald?s 3 stars is for the manager, Lindy. First time I?ve ever had someone answer the phone... at this location and Lindy was very sweet and professional. This McDonald?s is always messing up food?definitely doesn?t giveyou the food that you order?always missing something! The employees are rude?.honestly worst McDonald?s around Sherman. Lindy isthe FIRST employee from this location that I have had positive experience with! Read more

The employee at the pay window threw our change at us onto the ground in the rain. Then when we pulled up to the pick up window,... they didn?t give us all the food we paid for. When we asked for the other hamburger, the employee at the pick up window was rudeand said we only ordered 2 happy meals and demanded to see our receipt. Upon seeing they were wrong, the employee went and gotthe manager instead of just giving us the hamburger. The very rude manager stormed over, glared after seeing the receipt,slammed it down and walked off. I can see why the employees are so well trained. Read more

WARNING: ALWAYS check your order before leaving!! Employees have been fairly nice, but this is the second time in a month that... my order was wrong. Most of it was correct except 1 item. It's beginning to get irritating. Read more

Food was hot wow! Good fish sandwich. Fries were hot. Wish the employees didn't act like they were doing you a favor being... there. That puts me off (as I write this from Wendy's dining room). It's hit & miss with McDonald's especially as to whetheror not the ice cream machine is working (it was). Read more

The temperature ????? of the food needs improvement it was a bit on the cold ???? side. There wasn't much employee customers... interaction we only interacted when the food was brought out with out sauce for the nuggets. Which became a scavenger hunt tofind on my own ??????????????? Read more

i tried to order 6 regular cheeseburgers but the lady on the headset rang them up as a $3 combo with double cheeseburgers and... small fries. then i got a big mac meal but that was rang up separately as a big mac, fries, and a drink (which is extra whendone that way) and when i told the people at the window because it wasn?t shown on the screen they just gave me $6 back and leftthe double cheeseburgers and the separate big mac meal. then i had to walk inside after because they forgot my sauce. worstexperience i?ve had at this location and im very dissatisfied.
