I order from here embarrassingly often, and consistently have great customer service and great food. Tonight however I just... wanted to give a special shout out to whichever employee prepared my Cinnamon Pull Aparts. They absolutely killed it tonight.The bread itself was cooked to the perfect balance of done but not hard, and the icing-to-bread ratio was just right. It took 2 hours to get out pizza. They sent a text said that it was delivered. We couldn?t find it. I called and she hadn?t even... delivered it yet. Then Summer was very rude when she delivered it. Had our boxes just sitting in the ground. This is the secondtime in 3 months we?ve had problems with y?all. Will not be back here! Read more
I get todays climate with work shortages, but this location should just close their doors for good. Poor management and a sorry... excuse of quality. Never received my pizza and it was marked as delivered (2 hours after I placed the order.) I called the storeto just talk and see what?s going on bc I can understand if it was system issues or something else. But they did not answer. Ihad to call corporate and corporate couldn?t even get ahold of the manager. Just close the dang doors!!!! Read more
I place my order online at 1030 pm on a Saturday April 16th It took me 3 attempts to place the same order because the online... system was having issues: then once I actually get it placed , I get a call from a rude lady saying she is the manager . Sherudely tells me that she can?t make the pizzas and asked if I wanted my money back. First off why can she not make my pizza? Shejust kept telling me because she was closing early . She told me that 3 times before I told her I didn?t understand becauseonline it shows the store not to close until later. She then finally proceeded to tell me I can come and get because they don?thave drivers. So I asked her which is it, is she closing early or she don?t have drivers?? She sounded flabbergasted and veryinsecure on how to answer. Secondly OF COURSE I want my money back on my card and my rewards I used put back on my papa johns account. She sounded so surprised by that also but assured me it would happen. This is not the first issue I have had latelywith this brand at this location, seems like it has really gone down hill lately. Once my pizza was on it's way it was over an hour before it got here. I did NOT get the extra sauces I paid for. HEART shaped... pizza was cold, hard, dry and uncut. Bread sticks were cold and dry. Tried and tried to call Sherman Pappa John's and the phonewas off the hook. I haven't ordered in a while and it looks like I won't be anymore. Read more
I always have a great experience here and we come here very often. The food is great and If there is ever an issue with our... order the manager is very polite and quick to fix it. However, I just went into the store today to pick up our pizzas and therewas a new boy working the register and he really got under my skin. I always order two of the garlic sauces they make themselvesand the two prepackaged kind comes in the box that they ALWAYS replace with the ones we like for us. The guy in there proceededto argue with me that they will not do that rather than just fix my issue. It was rude and horrible customer service. Like Isaid, not usual though. Read more
Normally I love Papa Johns, I order from there on a regular basis. On 06 Dec 22 , I ordered my usual Papa Bowl which is my... favorite thing to eat now or was... Normally it comes with a good amount of ingredients enough so that when I'm done eating it I know I was fed. A cheesy , meaty master piece was not what got delivered to me . I was very disappointed. Who ever made itshould not be allowed to do so again with out some kind of training... It was a little after 1500 when I ordered . I would liketo know who made it so I can ask form some one else next time. Pitiful smh Read more
