When to the drive through and the screen was off. Lady at the back door told me to drive to the Widow. No menu there to see .... Had to play 20 questions whith the employee ! Told to go park till my order was ready. Started looking around and the outsidelights were out! The out side was dirty looking weeds needed cutting. This just don't compare to the high quality standards ofall the other Popeyes are! Was very disappointed in this store. Read more
The food took quite awhile to get. There were customers waiting and orders that were missed. The chicken was smaller pieces. I'm... afraid I won't go back to this Popeyes. The restaurant was very dirty, mops hanging dripping in the hall to the restroom. At theprice of your meals... You should want to give better service, and keep the store clean. Sorry!!! Read more

To begin with people were standing in lobby waiting to order for at least 5 min and no one would wait on us. Then when we... finally did get someone the young lady was very rude. Our order was not repeated back to us so I am quite surprised that it wasactually correct. The spicy chicken didn't taste very spicy at all. The customer service in this restaurant has gone way downhill. The rudeness is really something that makes a person not want to go back. Read more
This place is absolutely terrible. My wife ordered shrimp. It looked like deep fried chicken toes. They are baking the Mac and... cheese to create this horrible rubbery coating on top and it just doesn't make sense. Why try to change or fix something that isgood just the way it is. Everyone is always wanting to be someone else. That's what's wrong with this world already. My spicyfried chicken in which I asked for in only dark meat came with white meat and not one spicy piece in the bunch. No sweet teaavailable which goes great with fried chicken that is of good quality. Maybe they knew their meal didn't deserve some good teato wash it down with so they hid it. . My advice is save your money. There are too many other places in the vicinity to spend ithere. 20 years ago I loved this place but count me out from now on. Terrible. Read more
Asked for a 3 wing combo meal and they give me what looks like a penguin wing from the size of it. Absolutely last time I go to... the Sherman, Tx location. Read more
I ordered the 3pc combo meal supposed to come with a leg thigh and wing. My meal ready they throw it on the counter and said... here you go and the box in open up and I had 2 bantam legs and 1 bantam wing so I ask the worker where my thigh was and she saidwe didn't have anymore thigh so she figured I wanted another leg. Only thing that was good was the Red beans and rice and I wantbe going back to there establishment. Read more
I used to love Popeyes chicken. Unfortunately the customer service is just non existent. I ordered online and waiting for 5... minutes then another 5 waiting for someone to greet me or ask me why I'm here then waited 5 more so they could make it "fresh",yet everything was cold and felt like it sat in a lightly heated room. I was missing a large fry and had to argue to get my cupthat I ordered. My chicken tenders are decent size too bad they're slipping out of the crispy outside. They also gave me normalinstead of spicy. A doordasher also came in because the lady forgot to give her the items the person ordered. Overall this placewould be fine if the people working cares about anything literally at all. Read more
