You really need a nicer person at your drive thru. This is the 2nd time I've had Ashley at the window, and her attitude and lack... of customer service is terrible. I come once a week, and everyone else is wonderful. I even tipped her the first time, and shewas a not so nice person. Seriously take her off the window. Read more
Here's me at home after Sonic gave me 5 things to carry. Only see 3? Because the 2 drinks were so full they didn't make it. 1... was so full it dumped in my lap when the lady gave it to me. The other I sent back because it was worse. Go anywhere but tothis place. Never again. Read more

Gave me mini milkshake instead of large. Forgot about my sweet tea and when reminded I was brought one but it was a peach tea,... normally I?d be alright with it, but then I saw the other side of the cup when I got home and it had someone named ?Jencie?named on it??.
