This is one of the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to! Buffy was really incredible and made my experience great. We had a very... long night and none of us were in a good mood and it showed, Buffy took the extra step to be exceptionally nice and attentive tous, including giving us info on new holiday cups coming out (we were interested in the cups that were currently out). Her andthe entire staff were very pleasant and just what we needed that morning. I know it?s just coffee, but they really turned ourmorning around. Thank you guys! *sigh* my first, regular Starbucks. Sadly, we will be there far less due to moving but this location is so well run and is... always fully stocked where other locations are not. I'm sure after all the construction is done right outside your store, youwill be busier with the drive-thru line redirected off the highway. I will miss getting my regular orders here, for sure, buty'all are so amazing that I'm sure you will not be closing that location any time soon. Ordered twice here in two days. Got my order wrong both times. First time, I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. They gave me a... chai latte. I had to contact customer service because we didn?t have time to go back and correct it. Luckily, the online supportwas great and gave me a refund. Second time I ordered, I said no whip. And of course they added whip. I also wanted soy so Idon?t know if they did that either. So I guess we will see how my stomach fares on this road trip. The store was not busy so notsure where the incompetence is. Read more

I ordered a Carmel macchiato extra shot Expresso with cold foam on top and extra Carmel drizzle.
