What can I say, it's a tiny Starbucks located inside of the front entrance of Albertson's. Usually only 1 to 2 baristas working... at any given time so it can get backed up a bit if there several other people waiting to get service. Usual about as good as anyother Starbucks location, but I have had a few drinks from here that obviously did not have the syrup or ingredient mixture justquite right, more times than at other locations. Still, if you gotta get that Starbucks fix, it'll do just fine most days.Prices are the same as any other location, not sure if the menu is full sized or has limited items, hasn't ever been an issue. The barista named Angel. She's rude and she is a liar. I ordered 2 venti iced Chai latte with 7 extra pumps of Chai in each. I... got my order. I first noticed it was very light. It's usually pretty dark with the extra pumps. I asked her If she added theextra pumps she said yes she did. I tasted it. No she didn't. I tried to tell her she didn't make my order right. She ignoredme. I got back in line. Mind you she looks mad the entire time to every customer that is white. I finally get back up.to thecounter and ask her to remake it. She said she made it correct the first time. No.she didn't. Then she started to charge me50cents for each extra pump. I told her She's not supposed to do that. She argued. She said she was going to call her manager. I said please do. She pretended she did. I finally just asked for my refund. If you go here make sure you don't get Angel. Please just go to the other starbucks down the road. I ordered 2 Peppermint white chocolate mocha frapps and both came iced and... one of them just tasted like watered down expresso no hint of peppermint or mocha at all. I go in here all the time and the ladies are super sweet. Came by tonight was a different girl I've never seen and its 20min... before they close. she ignored me while washing dishes so I asked if she was open she said no. Why have hours till 8pm if yourgonna close 20min early. So guess I'll go to a different location across town. Not to happy.. Read more
Felt insulted. The young African American batista with glasses refused me service by stating she was closed. She did not have a... name tag that I saw. It was 12:50pm. I had witnessed her serving 3 females 10 minutes prior and then about 5 minutes after I wasrefused. So I would've understood if she was on lunch but clearly she was not. She just continued to talk to a friend off to theside as if nothing. Never have I experienced something like that in Starbucks, McDonald's I can understand but not Starbucks.Shame Read more
I've never encountered such amazing customer service as my daughter and I did from Hannah. She is incredibly kind, helpful and a... great asset. I honestly would go out of my way if to come to this location if I knew she was working. Read more
Love all the ladies (new boy just started he's awesome too) they work super hard to get everyone out quickly even the customers... who have no idea what or how to order. I get coffee there everyday almost since they been there ?? shamefully lol. Alwayshelpful when I'm wanting to try something new or if I change my mind they do what I ask with a smile. Can't beat that. I thinkpeople forget how hard it is to work with today's public. Try it for a day then write a review. Thank you Starbucks Albertsonsfor being there for me every morning ?? Read more
