For years this was my favorite place to pop in and get a coffee because, well I?m always at target and they always got it right.... But they completely re-staffed and ever since then they can?t seem to make simple drinks like an Americano right. The last fivedrinks I ordered were wrong. Five. Drinks. I told the girl working that I wanted an Americano three times. Just to make sure sheunderstood espresso and water only? when I got home it looked like light brown milk. I went back in and asked if they would bewilling to remake the drink for me considering the last five were wrong. I was told that they weren?t sure what to do in thecase of a drink being made incorrectly. I know staffing is tough right now but?wow. I usually avoid grabbing a coffee here anddrive to a separate location when I?m done at target. Unfortunately I?m forced to make that my permanent routine. Read more
Paid for a large and they only filled it half way. Told them should be filled to top and they said that is all I get. Told... them no it is not that I paid for a large not a medium. Needless to say did not get fixed and walked away without a coffee. NEVER will I go back. Thanks for the ripoff. Read more

I ordered 2 tall pumpkin spice lattes, which tasted good but could have been hotter. I take the lids off and see that the coffee... is 2 inches from the top! Not happy I paid $10 for mini lattes. Read more
Whenever I go to this particular Starbucks whatever I buy is always made the way I ask it to be made, and tastes wonderful! The... employees are great at what they do and are always really nice and courteous, and are also very fast. So even though there mightbe a line all the way out in the road, it usually moves pretty quick, so u don't end up waiting in line for half an hour fortheir awesome coffee or breakfast food or snack or whatever u get lol it's ALL SO GOOD!!! Will not be returning. Employee working 2/24/18 around 6:20/6:30pm, was VERY VERY rude! It takes alot for me to complain. I am a... retail Manager, she would be written up and more than likely not have a job, with that attitude and lack of Customer service.You can tell she does not like her job, or maybe just people in general. If the workers would spend less time chit chatting with each other they might get the lines to move faster. The same goes for... chit chatting with customers. You can be friendly but when you're still chatting with a customer who has ordered and paid andthe customer behind them is waiting for you to stop talking and help them, you're no longer being friendly, you're being rude. The drinks are pretty good. Their regular coffee, for me is way too strong. I do like the chai tea lattes and the... frappuccinos. Just too expensive. Read more
