I frequent the Valero a lot. all the time if subway isn't busy the will help the cashier out with lines. Today there was a line.... So I went over to ask them if the could ring up my ice cream sandwich. The young lady asked the guy that was there I he couldring me up but he said the register was closed so I went back and got in line. When I got rung up I asked the regular cashier ifthe guy that went and ordered a sandwich had to come over to the regular registers to check out. He told me no there registerwas open. So that guy flat out lied to me. I'm just saying that was not good customer service. Read more
I saw the ad for the Italian Sub, which looked delicious. I got home and opened up a hot mess of a sandwich. Shredded chicken,... bacon, cucumber, pickles, onion and spinach. Nothing close to what an Italian sub is supposed to be. I gave it a chance anyway,one bite and the rest got trashed. Taste was horrible, I questioned if the put tuna on the darn thing! Read more
I used to come to this subway often due to the fact that it was super close to where I work, never really had a problem and... Christian, (if I remember correctly.) was always a delight. Started going here again but last week the app malfunctioned andcharged my card two hours after I had already attempted to place the order. Called at about 10pm and asked if they could put itaway so I could get it on my way to work at about 6am. I was told they'd leave a note and it would be no problem but when Iarrived the following day, I was told there was never any note or sandwich found. The daytime manager accused me of lying and atthat point I was just fed up, he put his hand up as I tried to explain and said he would remake the sandwich but after tellingme I'm making this up. Annoyed and confused, I walked over to ask another employee a question and when I came back, he finishedmy sandwich and I went home to find out he made it incorrectly out of spite. It seems to me that when you cut veggies and let them sit out for hours... they get soft... discolored...and not so... fresh...when you go to Subway take a good look at the "fresh" part of Subway....NOT SO FRESH.... Read more
