INSTANT favorite. I've had boil bags from many different restaurants all over the metroplex. When I treat myself, it's always a... boil bag. I went in to this dinner on my birthday expecting a bit under par since it's so far away from the city/gulf, but whenI tell you this was my favorite boil bag I've ever had, I mean it without a shred of irony. The sauce immediately stuck out tome. It was butter/garlic, which isn't anything crazy, but it was AMAZING. The crab meat was tender and well-flavored, the shrimphad a nice pop, and the sides were all great. Since it was my birthday, the owner (who was so awesome!!!) brought me a slice ofcheesecake to celebrate. I could immediately tell it was homemade and it was INCREDIBLE. Even the fruit sauce drizzled on tophad an authentic taste and feel to it. The bag was one of the more pricier orders I've had so far, but it was SO worth everysingle penny. 100/10, PLEASE check this place out!! This place was a nice pleasant find with good vibes. We got the fried pickles and calamari for appetizer and both got the... seafood boil. The atmosphere and staff were great. Food portion were huge. AMAZING. At first I was sketched out because, let?s be honest, seafood has a bad rep anywhere ocean water isn?t. That being... said- this place was without a doubt the best seafood joint around these parts. Up to par with one of my favorite restaurantscalled ?the boiling crab ? in Westwood, Los Angeles., CA. I mean, EVERYTHING was good. The super shack platter was so damn good.The mussels were amazing, the tuna was delicious, the catfish, the fries even the side or steamed vegetables were like soamazing and I?ve never been to a seafood place where absolutely everything was delicious. There?s usually at least one bad dishbut no, it?s all good. The owners are super kind and it?s family owned and operated. He came to our table and introduced himselfand checked to see how everything was. I loved it. We found our new go-to seafood restaurant when we are in the area. So delicious! First time coming here for date night with the hubby and we have found our new favorite spot. We ordered the old... iron post, and though a little pricey, was enough to eat for days. And beyond tastey! The bread pudding is made fresh from oneof the employees and was so good. This place is a must try! Read more
The corn was over cooked and soggy, the sausage tasted like wet paper towels, the shrimp was rubbery, and the crab legs were so... thin you couldn?t even use the crab cracker on them to open them?.and im supposed to believe that is 1.5lbs of crab legs in thatbowl. And to top it all off there was no seasoning used on it at all it was just boiled in water and served. All we ordered wasthe one platter, a tall beer, and a strawberry daiquiri and it cost $70. First time and we loved it ???? the tuna was cooked to perfection, great portions, and veggies well seasoned. I?d recommend to... friends and will definitely be going back. Nice surprise to find such great seafood in Sher-Den! Read more

My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday and she wasn't disappointed. She got the Super Shack Platter and absolutely loved... it. I got the Birria Nachos. The meat was super tender and tasty, but the cheese sauce wasn't my favorite. It was grainy and alittle salty. I still finished the plate, though, and was stuffed. It's a little pricey, but you get your money's worth. Andwhen I told them it was her birthday, they brought out a piece of Cheesecake for her. They said everything was made in house,even the Cheesecake, which was quite impressive! Read more
