Taco Bell at 3310 S Hwy 75, Sherman, Tx has always been a little disappointing, but this was the worst. Ordered 2 chips and... cheese along with other items. Both cheese containers were 90% empty with cheese stuck to the side. Never had the issues withother locations. Read more

Taco Bell is always good to me anyway, but what makes the experience is the people at the location you go to. The people that... work at my local Taco Bell are pretty cool and they are patient with me while I'm trying to figure out what I want and they arevery quick to get you your food whenever you get to the window. Love the grilled cheese burritos. Hate that the menu options were cut in half and super hate that they keep trading out options.... I will only go to this taco bell, the one in town center has terrible employees. (tried several times and always end up leavingand going to this one) and the new one by 1417 on the service road never gets your order right. Read more
Absolute best Taco Bell experience I have ever had. That is saying a lot. I eat Taco Bell ALL THE TIME. Not once has any Taco... Bell done what this one did for me today. It's the small things that make a big impact on customer experience. I went throughthe Drive-Thru today for lunch and order 4 burritos, and a cup of red sauce with a cup of nacho cheese sauce. They gave me aSPOON (This is the thing I have never had any Taco Bell think to do). At first I was confused, but then realized it was formixing the two cups of sauce together. That alone was impressive to me, most people don't care, especially underpaid fast foodcooks. They even gave me enough room to combine the two sauces, they knew what I was doing :D. Not only that, each of my itemswere marked clearly and without any abbreviations. Whoever is working today between 1-3 pm making the food, is absolutelyawesome. Thank you if you ever see this! The customer service overall was perfect. The cashier at the window was polite, kind,and seemed to enjoy their job. Those little details make such a big difference in good vs bad customer service or customerexperience. Thank you again!! EDIT: 1 week later I went for lunch again today and it was amazing yet again. We've actually been there a couple times over the last week. Really depends on the crew, but the first time we went it was... absolutely awesome. I ordered my wife and I some chalupas and couple other things supreme. They were loaded down the way they'resupposed to be, and not skimping out on everything. Having said that, we went there again the following day and it wasn't asgood. It was very inconsistent. We ordered the same items and one of them was kind of okay and the other one had almost nothingon it. But it was fast service and seemed friendly. Will try again for sure, but of the local locations, this one is the best ofthem we think. Read more
I was happy with this store, it has great service. BUT... I watched an employee walk outside, with gloves on.. walk back inside,... never changed gloves nor washed her hands and go back to prepping food ????. Tall red head, Sunday Oct 23.. Maybe a REAL foodmanager class is called for. They're not learning anything online. Health Dept wouldn't be happy seeing that. I know I wasn't. Read more
