Haven’t been to TR in awhile but had a great experience this time. The service was friendly, quick, and efficient. We never... had to look for our waiter he seemed to have his presence timed perfectly. You get yummy sweet buns immediately upon beingseated. By the time we finished we had ordered and our salad was delivered. Their ranch dressing is good and the house salad wasfresh. We ordered sirloin medium rare which was cooked perfectly and sirloin tender. It was good but I love a splash of soysauce on my steak. I know I’m weird. The loaded baked potato was good but ask for extra butter if you like it buttery. Theonly complaint I have is the butter comes on the side and I like it melted in my potato before the sour cream and fixings areput on and the music was a little too loud. When we get there, there were a couple ahead of us, and soon after that people were coming in. There's a waiting list but it's... about 10 mins wait which I didn't even noticed because the next thing I knew, we received a text that our table is ready. ThatSaturday was plump full of people dining. There were 4 of us. Three of us ordered a 12 Oz rib eye steak each and the otherordered beef shishkebab(spelling?). Mine was just perfection, medium rare, just what i liked it, right seasoning and so tenderthat melted in my mouth! My fiance ordered medium as well but came well done. But, they were pretty good to replaced it and camejust perfect! If you haven't been to this restaurant, you better be! (wink!) I highly recommend it ???? Read more
Everything was sooo good! Delicious food and great service! We are seated right away!
I'm extremely disappointed. We have been to multiple locations in multiple states. Rolls, utensils, and water on the floor under... our table. We told multiple people about the mess; no one seemed to care. Medium is not rare. White rice should be served withbeef tips, not brown rice. Bent utensils. Employees who don't seem to care about our opinions. Read more
We came in hungry after our daughter played a softball double header and left full and happy. Thanks to Ryan (girl) who took... great care of us and got us hot country fried steak and beef tips quickly. She even kept my hot tea filled. We will have manychances to come back when we visit our girl at Austin College. Read more

A great chain. Been to a few and they all have great food and amazing service. Even when the establishment is busy they work... well together to serve the food and if there is a mistake, the problem is resolved quickly. The stakes are great, juicy and fullof flavor. No stake sauce is needed but if you want a topper get the mushrooms and onions. The loaded mashed potatoes were alittle lacking from expectations. They were a bit dry which was the downfall. Of course the rolls and cinnamon butter are thebest starter while you wait for the server to come. They are so good that you have to be careful or you will become full beforeyou get your meal. I wish they took reservations but since they don’t and you have to call if your party is over 6 people, I called at 5:30 to... get a spot for 9 people at 7PM. I was asked to call back at 6. When I called back 30 minutes later, I was told it a hour and 10to a hour and 20 minute wait. Had I been told that at 530, it would have been helpful. Arrived at 7, text HERE and received amessage saying I will get another when table ready. At 740, I go inside to ask how much longer and I was told they were waitingfor a table to pay and leave. I have 3 kids ages 7-11 who were hungry and I told them to wait until we went to eat so thatwasn’t fun. When we entered, the host took off and we had to explain my husband wanted to pick his steak. I feel like thatshould be asked prior to being seated. We were placed in a half circle booth and thank goodness 3 of my 9 were kids because wehad absolutely no room or any table space. 3 of our steaks were ordered medium well and came out rare with blood coming out. Wesent them back and when they returned, everyone was done eating already and the steaks were charred with a burnt taste.
