The only shave ice place in the valley that I found and is very good. I was in the area and knew afterwards I wanted to come... here for dessert with my wife. The parking situation where this place is at can be a problem especially during the night time. Iwas able to find a spot and ready to eat my shave ice. I got the regular size shave ice and the 3 flavors I got were the Grape,Green Apple and Hawaiian Punch. My wife got her Thai Tea and she was very happy with it. I loved my shave ice, you get a decentsize but it is kind of pricey ... the kiddie size is only a buck cheaper. I ate my shave ice inside the store and my wife sawthe promo about the pumpkin spice ice tea so she decided to try that as well. After she paid and was waiting for it, the maleworker said they were out and if she wanted something else so she ask for a large Thai tea. Be aware of the guy working there with backward cap and tattoos on his calves. He did the f@ke coughing thing towards me behind... the counter while I was ordering from a girl, most likely cuz I?m an Asian with Chinese accent. It was so obvious, cuz he nevercoughed again after that. As a customer, I really dislike this kinda low-key micro racial aggression at this shaved ice placejust cuz of my ethnicity. I tried to confront him but he stayed in the back kitchen most of the time. The shaved ice wasn?t goodat all. They were just syrup and coloring over a bowl of ice. They even forgot to put ice-cream in my friend?s shaved ice. I haddiarrhea for 3 days after that. No kidding. I hope it wasn?t cuz of that guy put something in my shaved ice. Overall I'm quite disappointed with my visit. I've been to another Brian's shaved ice before and was quite impressed with both... the price and the quality of the ice. The ice was still just as good at the location, but this location was more expensive andovercharged me. This place charges a 4% surcharge, but doesn't let you know until after your credit card payment already goesthrough (and after I declined a receipt, conveniently enough!). This surcharge is not marked clearly anywhere I could find, soin my books that is a flat out scam and an overcharge of 4%. I will not be visiting this location again. Read more

I can't even express how thrilled I am that there's a fantastic little shave ice place right around the corner from me. The... portions are perfect and they allow 3 flavors with one topping for their base order, then you can add additional flavors ortoppings for an upcharge. The staff is super friendly and patient. Went to this place two times. The first time it took them too long to make the order. Person making our drink was slow and... even took a pause to have a casual conversation. The second time they were out of ice and out of Boba. Yes out of Boba. What's the point in being open at all. They didn't even give me a discount on my drink for not having Boba. My son is a Bobalover. Kids keep places like open; we buy Boba all the time. I'd skip this place if I were you. We will not be wasting ourtime returning. Everyone will enjoy coming here with so many flavors and options to choose from. The servings are quite big and enough for you... to share. The staff is quite friendly, helpful, and patient -- especially when trying to decide what to get off the menu.Parking can sometimes be a bit tough around the complex but worth the short walk. i love this place but unfortunately its very hit or miss. it seems like theyre a bit understaffed. always had good customer... service, esp when placing my order, you can see the order on the screen so you can ensure it?s correct. issues- boba issometimes good, sometimes not (hard inside). the taro is consistently pretty flavorless, which is a shame since everywhere elseits a ?safe? flavor. other milk teas are pretty tasty. the dole whip is delicious, although they were out of pineapple. i findits better when ordering on weekdays where its not crowded. many orders were wrong for other customers. so i think improvingstaffing on busy days would help.
