I was missing my Large fries on my bundle and had went to ask for them didn't even take more than 5 minutes to walk back in and... for some reason the front cashier had the cook come all the way outside my patio to give attitude towards my family askingrudely what was missing and that he bagged it so it was impossible, thing is we are all human and we make mistakes at times.Just what pi ssed me off was the fact that I wasn't even rude. And on top of it all I had to wait 15 minutes for fries. Please Iwas a shift manager at wingstop and it only takes 6 minutes, these employees need to learn us customers are the ones they shouldappreciate more since our money pays their paychecks. Read more
UPDATE: This place has gone so downhill. The staff were rude, my order was stolen from the take out and I had to wait another... hour, and overall the wings were dry and embarrassing. Never coming back. Very big restaurant and it's very loud. Theydiscontinued the traditional special, so that's a freaking bummer. The wings are decent. Order extra wet for new wings that aremoist as opposed to crispy. Staff is very friendly. Not a great days venue, as it's tooooo loud! Read more
Really nice food! Don't remember the type of burger I had but it had avocado on it, delicious!!!! They don't have the best wings... but they are not bad. That drink is amazing I'm very weak for alcoholic drinks this one is not strong at all for sure next timeI'll have 2 or more haha since I'm the one driving I always try not to get dizzy so this drink is an excellent choice ???? Reason for visiting: dinner with a buddy Date/time of visit: Monday night, ~9:00 PM Parking: in the adjacent parking structure,... they should offer validation and should end up free. We parked across the street at lot for Public School (parking structure forPublic school seems to be open with no gates); Public School was closing early so we walked across to BWW Party size:2 Environment/ambience: pretty empty but still loud with the music and TVs on everywhere. All games on; good place for a game.No wait for seating. Service: great. Our server was fun and friendly.. and cute ????. Food: Had the Ultimate Nachos with brisketand 20 wings dry, with sauce on the side; garlic parmesan and sweet BBQ. I ordered 50 Wings , Two Large Fries! And paid Almost $90. I told the lady that got my order. I WOULD LIKE THE WINGS WELL DONE... AND EXTRA SOUCY. The wings were super dry and COLD & Fries were super COLD! No wonder why you guys have 3.9 Stars. Verydisappointed. Read more
The chicken-and-nothing-else sandwich with the *tiniest* sliver of mayo was kind of a letdown, as well as the tasteless,... saltless fries, but all of that would have been much more tolerable if they had asked to validate my parking when I picked up myorder. Love this b dubs location. Go there to dine in all the time. But just got a to go order and got home to rotten celery sticks and... cold food. Don?t live far from the b dubs so if it was fresh it wouldn?t have been that cold. Low key feel like it was lastnights left over wings. Read more
Honestly the slowest one yet! This location does a poor job of being efficient. Due to lunch restraints I have ordered from this... location more than once? always slow with responding to tables, and online orders. You will most likely wait at least 15 min forsomeone to assist you. Even when the business is not that busy. The food is average and usually cold when it arrives.
