This is one of the worst chipotle locations I've been to. I order online and give them at least 15 minutes to finish my order... and every single time my order isn't started until I get there. The whole point of online ordering is to have my order readywhen I arrive. I can understand a few minutes, but not even starting it until I ask for it is absolutely ridiculous. To makematters even worse my order almost always has something wrong. For example today I ordered a salad and didn't receive thedressing for it. I work in the mall and was on a lunch break and didn't have time to go back and get it. I love chipotle, but Iam extremely disappointed with this location. Please do better. Read more

I usually order from chipotle on victory and its always good, but we just placed an $80 order here and the salads were basically... half full, they were placed in the bag sideways, and any bit of moisture leaked everywhere. Won't be going here again. Totaldisappointment. Read more

I?ve ordered from this location numerous times. Online order for in store pick-up. The staff and management team needs to be... retrain as they do not acknowledge the customers waiting to pick-up. The reason we order online is so we don?t have to wait, andmore often, it?s faster to order directly than pick-up an online order. Mall Chipotle, I ain't even mad... Definitely one of the better ones in terms of service. I come here to the food court for... lunch once in a while, line moved fast. Quality of food is impressionable. Love doing the tacos, 3 soft or hard for the sameprice as a bowl, salad or burrito. Read more

I received such great service from the employees today, so much that I felt I should come and write a quick review. All 3... workers that helped with my order were very sweet.
