I was so excited to come here after seeing all my friends post about it, but honestly I was not satisfied. My friends that I... went with were also not impressed. Our macaron ice cream sandwiches were super hard and not easy to eat. I got the grasshopperand my friend got the thai tea. The grasshopper was alright, but for the Thai tea it actually tasted like I was drinking Thaitea. They weren't anything special that would make me come again. We also got the blue velvet cake. The female attendant couldn't be worse believe me I never complain but this was to much. She treats me unbelievable badly, I... try to be nice and comprehensive thinking she was tired still she rolled her eyes on me and did my ice cream all angry, reallycome on, I was trying to enjoy my self sacrificing my diet and wow she treated me like t worse. I even asked her if she was ok,and she got more disgusting with me. My friends and I been a regular customers there for 13 years but there's no way we goingback to that location is sad to me many memories, but this girl was t worse she even was all dirty not even trying to cover hermany pimples,, she didn't wash her hand neither. The ice cream is delightful as always but the employees are relatively unfriendly and seem a bit miserable. I went out of my... way to tip them because I feel for anyone in food service but I never received a smile or thank you. I mean, maybe they didn'tnotice and that's fine, but you'd expect a smile or thank you as a matter of course at some point during your time there. Instead they just looked tortured. I went to the studio city location today and left without my ice cream! The store wasn't full (about 5 people) but the girls... coulnd't do their job! I even Osked for my ice cream but they let me stand there till it melt, so I just left! Very frustrating!Won't come back, awful costumer service! Next time around I will get some salt & straw!
