Domino's used to be terrible. Now they're surprisingly good! As well as efficient and fast. O ordered the supreme pepperoni... pizza with asiago cheese. The crust was good, the pepperoni lightly spicy, it was well baked and ready for pickup in the lotbehind their store at exactly the time they promised. When I made my order online, I asked for carside delivery, and even though I updated my status online that I was there, no one... came. After 10 mins, I called and they said it was marked as curbside pickup. I wouldn't mind coming in to get it except it'snearly impossible to park in the front and the entrance from the back parking lot is for employees only with an entry code andeverything. Doesn't make sense. Pizza was fine, but I suggest they figure out how they expect customers to physically get theirorder. Read more
Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and received a cheese pizza with no sauce at all. Don't know how that happens. Called the store,... no one picked up. Got transfered to Customer service only to be thrown on hold to listen to what sounded like someone powerwashing dishes and machines screeching or something. Great CS tactic to make someone hang up instead of having to talk. Read more
This is the best Domino's in the valley, or at least in my area. The food is always high quality, employees are always very nice... and I never have to worry about my order being wrong or not done well. I used to drive to Encino for my pickup, but Encinomessed up my orders a couple of time and the food wasn't that good. The only downside to the Van Nuys location is that parkingis challenging sometimes. Other than that this Domino's gets two big thumbs up and five stars. Read more
This location needs to fire delivery driver, Saeed. The man complains every single time he delivers to an apartment complex. He... expects the customer to leave their residence, and meet in the front of the building to retrieve the pizza. Isn?t the entirepoint of having pizza delivered to enjoy the convenience of not having to leave your home? We pay a pricy delivery fee with atip. Every other driver before him never had a problem. Always tasty. Mushroom Pepperoni is my go to pie. I also been dabbling with Pineapple and green bell peppers... pretty good... combo. That picture shows what was left... looked alot better when fresh. ???????... still good. Lol Read more
My son and I come every Friday when he gets off work, Friday is pizza night! The entire crew is wonderful; we have been doing... this for about 2 and a half years and have always been treated well. The employees know us and are very friendly yet on point(even as the staff changes). The pizza and pastas are tasty and consistent, we order upon arrival and the wait time isconsistent, too. (If you come in and order it is about 15-20 minutes, I mean, come on, they have to make it, be patient,people!)
