Ike's closes at 9:30. I live 10 minutes away and tried calling a few times with no answer at 9:10. I finally get an answer at... 9:15, and when I ask if I can place a pickup order, the woman over the phone said "I'm sorry, we don't take orders less than10minutes from closing." I mentioned I had tried calling several times to which the customer service expert said "oh, sorry aboutthat." So I said, "you close at 9:30, right?" She said "yes." I said, "it's 9:15 right now. My first time I ordered a sandwich and was surprised by a white sauce I hadn't ordered, when I tried it I didn't like it. I... checked with the guys and they told me it was "dirty sauce" that comes on every sandwich, they were happy to remake the sub whenI said I didn't like it.
