I must apologize!!!! Eccidently I've wrote a negative review here, instead of Petit Troy's, where we had bad experience. Le... Petit is great, highly recommended. Great food, great service, nice ambiance. Read more

Great food and staff. The interior decor was just right. I really appreciate that it's not a restaurant with music blasting. ... My friends and I could actually have a conversation. Read more

The food was decent enough, I'd give it maybe 7 or 8 out of 10. But at the end, when the bill came, we noticed that EVERY SINGLE... ITEM WAS MARKED UP $3-$10 HIGHER than the prices on the menu! So we were charged $39 for our $32 scallops and $50 for our $45steak etc...Thankfully my eagle-eyed dad caught it! When we notified the server, she was apologetic but her explanation wassketchy at best. She said they marked everything up for Mother's Day in their system and "forgot" to fix everything afterward.Mind you we were having dinner the Friday after Mother's Day, so this was a full 5 days later. So everyone else who ate thereduring that 5-day window paid inflated prices, unless we were the first to notice? I guess we'll never know the truth. In theend, we saved about $35, but the price gouging was a big turn off, especially in today's inflation economy. I wouldn't comeback or recommend this restaurant based on this experience. Read more

The reviews all made the place seem delicious but my snails were not flavorful but slightly chewy. The serving of the food and... presentation was so sloppy I couldn’t take pictures. Also, my party’s food was not cooked to their liking, they asked formedium steaks and got medium well and my other attendee got the pasta which was stiff because it was cold and had very littlesauce on it. My “crispy” duck was so soft and drenched in orange sauce it made me sick. I took four bites to give it achance and didn’t even finish or take my food home. It was my birthday dinner, I specified that when I made the reservationand while there it was lower grade service with indirect eye contact and long waits between waiter visits like they didn’twant to come to our table. This was a waste of a birthday dinner in LA and a huge disappointment. Read more

We had made reservations for 6 people head of time which restaurant was able to accommodate us. Once we arrived and walked in... the restaurant was filled with guests. This was my first experience with French cuisine and I have to tell you blew my mind.Plate after plate if food came out and everything was absolutely amazing. Our waiter knew rhe menu very well and was able tohelp us pick out some delicious items from the menu. I could finally mark off Escargo from my bucket list. It was so soft andtender, filled with so many different tastes. The restaurant was ok with us taking in 6 bottles of wine with us. We had afantastic time and will definitely come back. Read more

A small, busy French bistro. The LE PETIT RESTAURANT is divided into several intimate spaces. The largest room is the nearest to... the kitchen and has tables and chairs. Our table of six was set on an enclosed patio, just outside the entrance to the mainroom. After the sun set, the street sounds softened. Very much like the Champs-Élysées, in Paris. Our waiter, Jose, isknowledgeable, friendly, and remarkably easy going. First drinks and warm crusty French bread, served with spreads of sweetbutter, and dabs of roasted Egg Plant, Hummus, and Charissa. For medical reasons I must limit my alcohol intake. However, thewine list is extensive and I'm told very good. Our well plated meals were delivered in about 30 minutes. All came asordered. My vegan pasta primavera, with angel hair pasta and par-cooked veggies in a light tomato sauce was magnifique. It hada wonderful texture and rich flavor. The others at the table had ordered steak with french fries, seafood paella, crispy duck, and broiled salmon. Each liked their meal, wishing only the duck had been a bit crispier. Servings are large. Most took homeabout half their meal. Desserts were large and delicious. None were vegan. We managed to eat, sit, and talk for almost 3hours. That's when the chairs became uncomfortable. Except for the occasional street noise it was a quiet inviting atmosphere.Just like Paris. Everything is wheelchair accessible. Street parking is available but very tight. Valet parking is $9. Excellent place! My wife and I visited on our Anniversary and were quite pleased. We ordered the crispy duck, muscles, French... onion soup, and soufflé. Everything was cooked perfectly. The duck changed my life and the muscles were in a marinade that wassip-worthy. It seems the ambiance would normally be nicer—excluding the COVID days—since we ate on a busy sidewalk. It wasas good as they could make it, I’m convinced. Please go there and then tell me if your own moment of Enlightenment. Highlyrecommend. Read more
