It was a birthday & we had a party of 10. We sat outside & the heaters kept us nice & warm. Our waitress did a fabulous job,... including helping us with everything we needed for the birthday cake we brought in. Everyone enjoyed their meals; mine was theshort ribs that melted in my mouth. Marmalade Cafe is a step above IHOP/Denny's but falls short of getting a 5 star in my book. The prices are decent and service... was great. I got the Marmalade Breakfast and the Marmalade Potatoes are not special, unless you like small tiny square potatoes.I could make better potatoes at home. My wife got the breakfast tacos which she enjoyed. I'll come back again but not forbreakfast. Read more

Delicious soups. I had mushroom and my friend had tomato bisque. We also had a grilled artichoke which was light, tasty and in... season. My friend had the classic fish and chips which he liked and I had a Beyond Burger with caramelized onions. It wasreally big so I had leftovers. We both dined in and took out and the food was pretty good. I had garlic shrimp linguine and it was a good portion of the pasta.... Very filling. The service was good. I just wish they had more parking places for the disabled on the street level. Read more

Staff not trained well, order came late and not as requested. no presentation on the main plate and Soap was not tasty at... all! Despite our request for welldonw steak, the steak came rear and not done as requested. the furniture was not match and veryold, really need aome refreshing. But the main concern was the safety! electrical plug left with no cover close to mychildren!!! and some sort of extension cours layed on the floor, which made one server to trip, while we were there.
