I?m always in there but last time call them before coming they said get order before 11:45pm i was there at 11:40 and she said... (her name is seire) no accept my order and she was so rude and I talked to the guy he accepted my order ! but she said u can?teat dine in ! just to go but i was with my friends they gave dine in order but she served my food to go box!! as a same time???????? poor customer service as a assistant manager !! I used to come here all the time and had great experiences. Today we walked in the place was FILTHY. No one said hello. We... ordered and paid. I ordered 2 peach Bellinis which were served to us half filled. As my husband and I were waiting we found atable to sit at outside. The top of the table was so sticky and as I looked around at how dirty the place was I couldn?t evenstomach to eat there. We got up and left and went down to ?on the thirty? where we had a great CLEAN experience! Paid $64 justto leave LOL I?d recommend some deep cleaning in your near future and some employees with customer service skills. That mighthelp business as well. Unfortunately I?m disappointed about the pizza. Atmosphere was 5 stars and food is 1 star. Average is 3. In appearance it looks... good and they have 2 huge oven but the pizza is tasteless. No flavor at all in the sauce, mushroom, even onion. My pizza andeveryone else?s was burnt (black around the edges and at the bottom. You know that once something is burnt even a little bit itcompletely overtakes the flavor of anything else. Hours later I can?t still taste the burnt pizza. I?ll never eat there again. Read more

Large restaurant in Sherman Oaks that makes a fantastic pizza pie! Everything we had was great and you can even build your own.... The staff was super friendly and attentive. Place was clean and has outdoor sitting area. Great place to eat. Read more
I must say the pizza dough is less refined. I remember it was top notch but still acceptable for wood burning oven. Service kind... of slow. Only one person at the cash register on Saturday night. The fact that it was less busy to my surprise made it morerelax and not rushed to leave the table for other customers. Overall pleasant experience. Read more
