I have no complaints, always the way I like it. My son is very picky. he is 39 yrs old and he love it.

I have ordered a large pizza and lo and behold the items were correct on it, but even though I asked Andrea, the order taker, to... make my pizza heavy on the sauce so it was not heavy on the sauce but it was very, very dry almost like if it did not have anypizza sauce on it. This is the problem I have to deal with for the last fourth years since I have been ordering pizza, it is apuzzle for me. Is the sauce very expensive or people just don't like sauce on their pizza? What is the answer to this dilemma ofmine? For me you cannot put too much sauce on a pizza because It would overflow but I would still love it. Without adequateamount of sauce, a pizza is not a pizza. You can leave out any ingredients from it or you can add any to it but if there is notadequate sauce on it, forget about it, it is not a pizza. Sorry, but that's how I see it. Read more
The sausage stuffed crust pizza was dry, hardly any tomato paste & no flavor taste. The pepperoni was a bit okay .And the fries... were overcooked, and not soft enough. So basically it was garbage ????. And it's sad because I've been here for a couple ofyears and this is the first bad food experience I've encountered at this establishment. It?s ordering Pizza Right? Well here?s the thing, Smiley made it feel like it wasn?t. I placed an order on the app, on my email... confirmation it was a delivery, but in their system it showed as a carryout. Granted this locations is really just around thecorner, I was busy with Mom duties. The order seemed like it was taking too long, I called in and Smiley fixed it and even madea brand new pizza so it could be fresh and it absolutely was made to perfection, making it not just Pizza. I spent nearly 30 bucks for a medium cheese pizza, and small drink. When I got my pizza, it was mostly dry bread, and it was... cold for some reason.Their pizza is already over priced, but when I called to have them bring me another one the manger seemedto be irritated, but went ahead, and put in another order. I checked it when it got to my home, but not close enough... It wassoggy on one side, and looked as though someone dropped it on the floor. I was so hungry by this time I went ahead, and ate thegood side, but worried someone did something to it... I highly recommend you stay clear of this place. Read more
