I had to go in to wait on my ride as they were closing in 20 mins. The night shift was friendly even though they looked... overworked. They didn't seem upset that I was inside while they finished their closing duties. Read more
As someone who lives in Sherwood and dealt with this McDonald?s multiple times. This is probably the worst McDonald?s to go to... in central Arkansas. They never listen/pay attention to orders. Almost every single time I?ve came here, my order has beenmessed up in some way, shape, or form. I?ve had a total of 3 burgers missing before from 1 order. Most of the time, unless yougo at lunch time, the meat is almost crunchy because they?ve let it sit for so long without replacing it with fresh meat. If youask for items to not be on the burger, they put it on there anyways. I just don?t understand why it?s so hard to listen and/orread a screen that tells you everything. The bald, black manager has poor customer service skills. Apparently at this McDonald?s location, in order to get extra sauces... for your order you must go around and re-enter the drive-thru. As I was trying to explain that I had added them to my onlineorder, he turned around and never looked back to me. It is unfortunate that his attitude was this way, but I suppose this is thetype of customer service McDonald?s has a reputation for. Read more
So I've never eaten inside this location but I've used the drive through several times. And based on just the drive through... experience this place, like a lot of other McDs, is great or trash; with no way to tell untill uve already ordered. It seemslike when things are trash they have had folks call off or I've pulled up after a rush and people are just done with their day. And while I can understand, it doesn't mean I want a lesser service. The days there it's great though they get everythingright. The order is right, the food is hot and fresh, there's ketchup and napkins in the bag without asking, and they didn'tforget my straw. So if u go here just remember, it's McDs, don't expect a A1 steak and ull be ok. Read more
I've gotten takeout at this McDonald's twice (lunch and breakfast) in the last two months and have been impressed both times.... The staff is very courteous and professional. Service is always the worst! Rudest employees I have ever had to deal with. The manager that normally works the drive-thru... window in the morning is THE WORST!! I don?t know how she ever got her position!?!? I always feel bad for the one sweet littlelady working with her! This morning was it this is what I received for my Carmel frappe, when simply asked where the Carmel wasshe caught an attitude and said she didn?t know where they put it so this is what I got. We are normally regulars simply becauseof the convenience but I will go all the way out of my way before I stop here again. Read more
On our way to my dad's job this morning, we stopped to get a couple drinks. When we ordered, the young lady at the first window... wasn't rude, she was alright. But, when we got to the 2nd window, our drinks were not filled up all the way, very little ice.The bald black man didn't say a word, and tossed the drinks real rudely at my dad. When my dad started mentioning we neededstraws, he gave us a rude look, shut the window real quick, and turned his back to us. We sat there for a couple minutes, andmanaged to get another workers attention. She pointed at us with a fed up look on her face, then he turned around, and shovedthe straws at my dad. They were real rude. We got a sprite and a coke, and both our drinks tasted like alcohol. They weredisgusting. Read more
