I first asked for a steak omelette no cheese the cook added cheese and brown the egg I've been to a lot of waffle houses this is... absolute worst cook I've ever had in my life. Then I asked them just make me some eggs over easy they took my cold hash brownsand toast off of my old plate put them on my new plate and then undercook my eggs to the point where they were so runny Icouldn't eat them so help me God this was an absolute disaster Read more

Was traveling back to Texas. Got a hotel room & went to Waffle House. There was only 1 other person in the business. The staff... appeared to be giving a possible new hire a hard time by giving confused instructions. He got frustrated at the other staffmembers & they laughed at him. My order came out correct but my spouse's came out wrong. Not bad enough to return. Maybe thefact there was only 3 patrons provided an attitude of playing around. The other patron was an older man sitting at the countertelling stories of how he had worked with a number of notable musicians. Maybe better management? Read more
