I would be willing to bet this location has the worst drive thru times in all America. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru, 2... o?clock in the afternoon so not lunch traffic. I rarely eat fast foods, but i thought to visit Wendy's tonight, in sherwood arkansas.And service was horrible! The two black... ladies had a very nasty! Attitude! For what! I don't know! I didn't receive napkins, or a straw! And I ordered sweet tea,I received unsweetened tea! If they hate their job, that much! They should get an education! Other reviews are accurate. You're going to wait atleast 30 minutes for your order whether you go in or drive thru, sometimes... it is much longer. When the lobby is closed they can't even put a sign up letting us know. Then you park and get stuck with thedrive thru line behind you and can't get out. They ALWAYS blame it on only having 3 people working etc. but it's been terribleservices for months now and it's not okay. The last time I was there and the lobby was open, they had several people working butno one would acknowledge anyone in line or take our orders. They only focused on the drive thru. We all just stood aroundtalking to eachother before everyone just left. If I didn't go here to get food for other people I would never go back! Read more
Simple is this. I ask for 2 sandwiches. 1 single with no pickle. Spicy chicken with cheese and large fry. This was at 1:15 pm.... Only 1 car in line and we waited like it was rush time. Had hair in my baked potatoe.. Took it back and it still had hair in the next one. The crazy part is,the girl at the window... asked me was I sure it wasn't my hair. Thank God I kept it professional. After 3 potatoes I just got a refund. Whoever Is fixingthem needs a hair net on. Tried calling and the phone line stays busy. Read more
Honestly this is the best Wendy?s location I?ve ever visited! I just recently moved to this location and i visit Wendy?s every... other day for lunch. Today i felt the need to share how nice and courteous they are. The drive thru person was so well mannered& they never have a problem with special request. The lady that was in the window greeted me and thanked me. Everything iordered was in with my bag along with napkins and ketchup! All of my food was good and hot. I?m a former argm of anotherrestaurant so i always watch the staffs performance everywhere i go. Way to go Wendy?s!!!!
