Okay..super cute place, really awesome decor, great staff. So friendly and welcoming. Had the biscuits and gravy and the... coffee cake. I'm no restaurant critic, but I can say that I enjoyed the food and I will definitely be back next time I'm inSherwood. Read more

Incredible breakfast. Delicious bloody Mary. All around positive and uplifting establishment! I can't say enough wonderful... things about this place. But I will try. I was born and raised in Oregon. But lived for a few years in the south eastern part ofthe country. This place marries those two cultures beautifully. Local ingredients, cooked in the fashion of Great Southernkitchen. I will sing this places praises for the rest of my life. Read more

We loved the atmosphere, the service was great and everyone was super friendly. I got the biscuits and gravy and I prefer... biscuits and gravy to be savory and their rendition was sweet, so not my favorite. Although my husband got the breakfast burritoand that was phenomenal as well as the French toast. Would definitely go back there. Read more

While visiting on a Saturday in August, we were pleased to find a locally owned place to have breakfast. We were seated outside... on the back patio amid a happy atmosphere. The breakfast menu has all of the usual suspects, plus bar favorites such as amimosa. The deep-fried bacon is good! I definitely recommend this place for all folks and group sizes, including families. Read more

Fat Milo's has a very friendly staff and a provides you that much desired small town diner vibe in what would consider a... "larger" city. Based upon the waitresses recommendation, I went with the Chicken Fried Steak for breakfast. While I've haddozens and dozens of chicken fried steaks from a variety of restaurants, I would rate this in the top 3. The flavor andseasoning of the meat, gravy, potato's and eggs were on point. If I could make one recommendation to the chef's to really topoff this meal, its just a reminder that less tender meats used in fried steaks really need some tender loving care in the formof a tenderizer. While delicious, this fried steak required a knife to cut due to tough connective tissue and for a meal likethis, you really want to almost cut with a fork. This is a very very minor thing that could be addresses when perforated ortenderized because even though it wasn't as tender as I would expect, it was seasoned and still great. It could easily be my topwith just those little extra touches! My daughter ordered a apple pie style waffle which was well made and loved. I tasted itand it was great. Thanks for the hospitality and great meals. UPDATE 2/19/2022: I went back to Fat Milo's and ordered myfavorite dish, the Chicken Fried Steak and I will say, they nailed it this time around! It was well tenderized, slightly thinnerand easily cut with a standard fork. I had a couple other guests with me who also had food, and they were very pleased overallwith the food and experience. Thanks Fat Milos! Read more

This was the best breakfast I've had in years! We sat on the back patio and the atmosphere was very warm and inviting. We loved... the pancakes and the "fancy" French toast with lemon curd and blueberries. Seriously the best pancake I've ever tasted. I alsoloved the eclectic coffee mugs. Plus they have mini soft serve cones that are the perfect sweet treat after your meal. I knowwe'll be back many more times! Read more
