I would say 2 1/2 stars. Food was alright, but definitely not good enough to cost so much. Floor was dirty and the place smelled... a little funky. Server we had was very nice though. Pretty alright if you just want a quick breakfast. Read more
Ate here today and the blueberry French toast was Awesome. I?ve eaten at a lot of ihops and this place had blueberry syrup and... the french toast had them sprinkled on top. June the waitress was really nice too. Will come back next time I?m in town. Read more
Food is just OK. Nothing special. Prices a little steep compared to other breakfast places nearby. Service was good, but it... wasn't busy either. Pancakes are supposed to be good there, as I remember from years ago, but mine was mushy in the middle. Butter was served hard, difficult to spread. Details matter! Several weeks ago we stood in line waiting to be seated by the one person seating & taking orders. The manager walked around the... restaurant but did not offer to help. While waiting at our table for memus, silverware & drinks , others who came in after us gttheir coffee and orders taken. We gave it a few more minutes & walked out. Multiple times we have experience poor service. The new young male manager is worthless. Once we saw him on a personal cell call... ignoring incoming calls for orders or business. We have called to place orders and it rings until the call drops then went on toorder from another restaurant. Today I called repeatedly for 15 mins between 2.45 and 3 pm then checked the hours. It was open.My husband stopped by to order in person. What he witnessed was the manager sitting in a far booth with a young lady laughingand talking while ignoring the phone. Another booth had 2 other employees also ignoring the phone. When the manager came overfinally to take the order he was asked if the phone was down. He stuttered around and said he didn't know. Short staffed, high priced even with kids eating free, the drinks are like 4 bucks a person which pretty much is how much a kids... meal is. The food was good and speedy even though they had a Skelton crew. Read more
So when iHop first opened up in Sherwood I went out with my family. We are a loud, annoying group on complainers. I don't... typically judge service off of our large annoying group. (It was bad fyi). So I wanted to try again. This is the third time I'vebeen. I dropped off my grandma so she could grab a seat while I park. She's slow walking. When I got inside she was about readyto fall over. We waited an additional 5 minutes at the host stand for someone, anyone to greet us. Nope. Nobody. Finally we wereseated at a close tabe by request. She gave us the wobbliest table they have. So wobbly I had to fix it or my drink would spill.It took an additional 5 minutes for our server to ask if we wanted water. While we waited we watched another server wipe downthe same three tables the ENTIRE time we ate. There were two or three tables that needed bussed when I got there and they werestill dirty when we left. I got a coffee and didn't get a refill until she brought the check. Good times. Very good food. Chicken fried steak, pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, hot coffee. Fast, friendly, good service.
